Putnam County Job and Family Services Accounting Clerk I in Ottawa, Ohio
Under general supervision of the fiscal department, the accounting clerk will analyze and post all agency bills into proper accounts and prepare them for payment. Worker maintains and balances all accounts in our financial program with reports from the courthouse's program. They will work with the fiscal department in appropriating funds to balance all accounts. Worker prepares deposit and purchase orders and take necessary forms to courthouse. Worker assists in monitoring supply inventory and procurement of supplies, office equipment and any additional duties as needed. Programs to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, CFIS Web, CFIS Ledger and SACWIS.
