Nous recherchons un gestionnaire recouvrement pour un remplacement maternité (CDD de 7 mois).

Votre priorité est d'assurer la relance téléphonique et écrite des factures impayées pour les activités Maintenance, Travaux & Modernisation (clientèle tertiaire, publique et privée)

Vous êtes rattaché(e) à l’équipe recouvrement de la Direction Financière basée à notre siège de Puteaux

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Enregistrer et suivre les litiges administratifs / commerces et chantiers

• Maîtriser les techniques de relances amiables et utilisez à bon escient la relation téléphonique et écrite.

• Conclure un entretien en obtenant des engagements de la part du client.

• Assurer le suivi des promesses de règlement enregistrées.

• Assurer la qualification et l’enregistrement des litiges.

• Constituer un dossier complet pour transmission au contentieux.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Être issu d'une formation Comptable, administrative, service clients ou expérience équivalente

• Justifier d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire

• Avoir une appétence pour la technique et un esprit analytique

• Avoir une connaissance du code des marchés publics et du logiciel CHORUS est un plus

• Être habile avec les outils bureautiques (Pack office, outlook)

Logiciels informatiques internes utilisés : JDE (ERP), Altiweb, BaaN (ERP), SCOTT, SSCRM (CRM)
