Recruit new Home Care Professionals to full and part time positions. Go to Job Fairs etc. to help recruit new CarePro\'s. Use various platforms like Indeed and other job boards to recruit new employees. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention rates. Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. Collaborate with Client Care Managers for optimum, timely feedback on CarePro\'s. Provide guidance & support to employees regarding Client Care and proper work etiquette. Manage social media platforms to promote employee engagement and retention initiatives. Generate leads for potential new hires through various channels. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a Retention Specialist or in Human Resources. Skilled in office admininistrative duties. Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to employee retention. Proficient in social media management.
