Our client, in Decorah is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will ensure the optimal performance of our machinery. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Decorah Iowa

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What’s the Job?

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

  • Collaborate with production teams to streamline operations.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

  • Experience in machine maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing setting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • US Citizenship
