Job Description Summary

Experienced Graphic Specialist to create artwork for printed packaging material (PPM) for our Pharmaceutical Diagnostic products (PDx) portfolio around the world. The PPM are created using current graphic software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and managed in the Artwork Management System. The process is strictly regulated by brand guidelines, technical specifications, and Health Authority requirements, so you must be able to comply with regulations and technical requirements - nevertheless, performing your tasks with a high level of independency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create artwork for printed packaging materials (PPM).

  • Perform electronic proofreading ensuring correct delivery.

  • Maintain Good Documentation Practice in PPM development using current electronic document- and artwork management systems.

  • Support, and collaborate with, internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support, and collaborate with, external partners i.e., print suppliers and/or PPM vendors.

  • Assess proposed PPM changes, and advice/determine progress.

  • Initiate Change Controls in current Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Manage Deviations, Investigations and CAPAs in QMS.

  • Ensure standard work and compliance by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions.

  • Active participation in PPM development projects and LEAN initiatives to drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Execute ad hoc tasks relevant to the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Documented experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.

  • Experience in formatting large documents.

  • Advanced knowledge of typography and print technology.

  • Advanced knowledge of font and colour management.

  • Excellent computer skills, both on Mac and Windows OS.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, orally and in writing.

  • Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions.

  • Experience in working within a quality management system (ISO, GMP, etc).

  • Experience in creating artwork for pharmaceutical products.
