Jabil is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Osijek, Croatia. DAILY TASKS OF THE QUALITY ENGINEER:

• conducting analysis of quality data for products, materials, and production processes,

• identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and coordinating their implementation,

• addressing quality complaints from customers,

• implementing production for new products,

• collaborating with global customers to improve the quality of the products delivered to them.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE QUALITY ENGINEER:

• higher education degree (Production Management, Quality Management or related)

• good command of the English language,

• analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data,

• experience of working in a manufacturing company, preferably high-tech is desirable,

• practical knowledge of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plan, 8D report) is highly appreciated

• knowledge of production processes is highly appreciated,

• proficient in MS Office.
