CITY OF OSHKOSH Utility Accounting Manager in OSHKOSH, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the utility accounting division for the City of Oshkosh. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and statutes. Specific duties include: Manage and supervise daily operations of the utility accounting division Maintain the general and subsidiary ledgers and journals for water, sewer, and stormwater utilities Provide quality customer service with a team-oriented approach to internal and external customers Actively participate as part of the Finance management team focusing on problem solving, visioning and succession planning ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area.
