As a Supplier Operations Associate, you\'ll be working behind the scenes with internal staff, suppliers & decorators to coordinate the communication for orders that need extra care to ensure our customers\' orders are processed correctly and on time. After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at this time). In general, this timeframe can be up to 6-8 weeks. Note there may be situations where in-person training may be extended, someone may choose, or be asked to return onsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance. Here\'s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate daily: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. Offer ideas for continuous improvement. Help in other areas when needed and when time allows. Willingness to work extended hours as needed. Order Support Field calls and questions from suppliers, decorators and 4i team members on apparel orders. Source replacement items. Process replacement orders. Obtain and provide order status information as requested. Assist 4i team members with product questions and other order related inquiries. Obtain apparel return authorizations from suppliers and send to DC and decorators. Proof artwork as needed for specific brand requirements. Ensure sourced products are driven to preferred suppliers.
