ACI Core Values: Innovation, Attitude, Integrity, Impact, Accountability, Safety ACI Capabilities Video The ideal candidate for this position would be able to do the following: Oversee the painting operations for designated department(s) and shift Assign jobs to appropriate personnel Updates the schedule requirements to painters Provide guidance to painters and general labor Verify that painters / general labor are painting quality parts Evaluate jobs for productivity Promote and participate on continuous improvement teams, as needed Stop production when quality issues are detected Coordinate employee actions for subordinates to include evaluations, discipline, training, testing and career development Other duties as assigned ACI is setting new standards for innovation, efficiency, flexibility and quality in the specialty coating industry.
