THE ROLE

The Senior Project Manager – Digital Technology (DT) will manage multiple projects focusing on communication, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk and scope management, project quality, and team building. This role will be responsible for the management of DT projects that may cross multiple segments from project conception through post implementation. Projects will generally be those of greater scope, complexity, risk, geographic, and segment impact.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead cross-functional teams encompassing various domains such as ERP, web, network, security, cloud, etc.

  • Mentor project teams and stakeholders on PMO processes.

  • Manage project planning, estimating, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling of costs.

  • Coordinate timely completion and budget adherence of digital transformation (DT) projects.

  • Utilize methodologies and tools to identify stakeholders and manage change.

  • Analyze expectations and develop strategies to influence stakeholders.

  • Coordinate project aspects across multiple business segments.

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and resolve conflicts.

  • Manage procurement of products/services for DT projects.

  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders on strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure projects adhere to PMO methodology.

  • Anticipate financial impacts through forecasting techniques.

  • Develop project scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and schedules.

  • Connect technical solutions to core business functions.

  • Contribute to process improvement across Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management or related areas.

  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, scheduling, PMBOK, and financial forecasting.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to connect technical solutions to core business functions.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP Certification and Certified Scrum Master.

  • Experience with PPM tools such as SharePoint or ServiceNow.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience managing projects budgets exceeding $1 million.
