Job Description
Product and process readiness for NPI.
Selection of New technology and structure for new product and definition of Yield Target.
Solving issues with module teams, Design teams and Process team to bring product fruition.
Manage the development stage and collaborate with Design Teams.
Need to improve metrology and content.
Arrange engineering sample at the session of NPI.
Job Requirements
BA,M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, electronics, micromechanics, RF Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in New Product introduction ,Product engineer or Design.
Knowledge of project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a technical and interpersonal focus.
Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result -and data -driven can -do mentality.
