Job Description
BAWフィルターの新規プロセス開発において、成膜プロセス（スパッタリング、CVD、蒸着等）の条件最適化ならびに成膜工程前後のインテグレーションを担当頂きます。
- 膜特性を評価するために、各種評価条件の設定や新製品に求められる特性を実現するための新規成膜装置や、膜特性を高精度に評価するための測定装置の選定から立上げ、量産適用に関しても、成膜プロセスエンジニアの担当業務範囲となります。
- 上記をメイン業務とし、他のプロセス開発メンバーや他の部門（設計、製造、品質保証部門等）と緊密に連携して、各種、技術的な問題の解決にも参画して頂きます。
Requirements
必須
- ＢＡＷやＳＡＷのＲＦフィルターや半導体関連の業態において、成膜関連のプロセスエンジニアとして5年以上のご経験
- 半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入の経験
- プロジェクトリーダー、チームリーダー、モジュールリーダーとして半導体デバイスに携わった経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける歩留改善活動の推進経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面及び口頭でのコミュニケーションが可能
