現在、ICON Plcの多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただける治験マネージャーを募集しています。この極めて重要な役割には、治験の計画・実施・成功裡の完了を監督し、タイムライン・予算・規制ガイドラインを確実に遵守する責任があります。当社の研究部門のリーダーとして、職能横断的チームと協働し、治験実施施設との関係を管理し、治験の成果を無事届けるための戦略的手引きを提供していただきます。

職務内容

• 治験のあらゆる側面を計画・管理し、タイムライン、予算、品質基準が確実に遵守されるようにします。

• 職能横断的チームと協働して、治験実施計画書と各種手順を確立し、実施します。

• 治験責任医師や利害関係者との強力な関係を構築し、管理します。

• すべての治験が、地域・国・国際レベルで規制および倫理ガイドラインに準拠して実施されるよう目を配ります。

• 治験デザイン、供給業者の選択、リスク管理に関して問題を解決し、重要な決定を下します。

求められるプロフィール

• 医学または科学分野での大学の学位、もしくはそれと同等の教育と経験の組み合わせ。

• 試験の臨床的成果を推進する実証済みの能力。

• 指定された治療分野における研究対象に関する専門知識。

• モニタリングの経験はプラスとなります。

• 最大20%まで出張できること。

• 書き言葉と話し言葉の両方で、現地の言語に堪能であること。
