Job Description
SAWベースのRFフィルターの新規プロセス技術の導入から量産展開まで一貫した、プロセスインテグレーション業務を担当いただきます。
- 新規技術の導入に当たり、既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセスフローの構築を行っていただきます。
- 安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保するため、適切な検査工程の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施していただきます。
- 歩留データを分析し、根本要因を特定し、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進いただきます。
- 設計、製造、品質保証、および研究開発チームと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。
- デザインルールの設定および検証を実施いただきます。
- 計画、スケジュール、リソース割り当てなど、プロセスの開発と改善に関連するプロジェクトを管理します。
Requirements
TC-SAW / MPS及び半導体業界でのインテグレーションもしくはプロセスエンジニアとして8年以上のご経験
半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識
Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

- 半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入の経験
- プロジェクトリーダー、チームリーダー、モジュールリーダーとして半導体デバイスに携わった経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける歩留改善活動の推進経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面及び口頭でのコミュニケーションが可能
