ホテル内日常経理業務を全般的にお任せします。また、チームの育成やサポートを行っていただきます。

ホテル経営分析使用の開発・作成、指導の補佐

各種ホテル経理・予算レポートの分析

  • 買掛金/売掛金の管理

  • 月次年次決算業務

  • 内部監査

  • キャッシュフロー計算書

【What we need from you 】

【経験】

・経理の実務経験者(3年以上目安)

・宿泊業界、観光業界、接客業界などのご経験をお持ちの方 優遇

【Your Day to Day】

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations within the hotel. Additionally, you will support and develop the team.

  • Assisting with the development, creation, and guidance for hotel management analysis tools

  • Analyzing various hotel accounting and budget reports

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable

  • Handling monthly and annual closing processes

  • Conducting internal audits

  • Preparing cash flow statements

Experience:

Candidates with practical accounting experience (minimum of 3 years preferred)

Preferably with experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industries

Desired Characteristics:

Ability to communicate clearly and openly, fostering trust-based relationships

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards change and challenges

Resilient, maintaining a positive and proactive approach in all circumstances

Able to work flexibly while respecting differences with multinational staff and guests

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge equivalent to Level 3 Bookkeeping Certification

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
