TITLE Ecommerce Coordinator, Smucker Company Store LOCATION The J.M. Smucker Co Store POSITION SUMMARY This role will be responsible for forecasting, ordering, and maintaining inventory to support the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business online and to support 3rd party selling (3P) on Amazon and Walmart via Smucker Direct. Inventory Management: Place product orders and coordinate shipments from JMS warehouse to 3P fulfillment centers. Track shipments and ensure inventory is received properly and transferred at the correct costs. Receiving product in Epicor, create kitted products and ensure inventory is available for sale. Update weekly forecast document to ensure product allocations are correct for multiple stores. Select products for shipment using pick documents / warehouse locations to complete the online orders accurately and completely. Maintain A+ Product Content / Profitability and Pricing Analysis: Collaborate with Sr. Analyst DTC to develop, maintain, and manage product content for 3P selling Utilize data to make item and retail recommendations for 3P selling platforms to test optimal pack size, assortment, and pricing. Update packaging images, mark products in and out of stock ensure innovation content is ready for start of ship. SELECTION CRITERIA High School Diploma required, Bachelor\'s or Associates degree preferred Minimum 3 years work experience, eCommerce/Digital marketing experience is a plus Ability to multi-task and manage projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in web-based applications; Adobe Photoshop, Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Adobe Magento Platform, and POS Inventory management systems preferred. #LI-NO1 The J.
