Your Opportunity as the Analyst, Benefits Location:Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30% in office expectation In this role you will: Support Defined Benefits (DB) administration Prepare pension and incoming pension related paperwork Process participant changes to pensions (direct deposit, tax withholding, address) Administer non-qualified Defined Benefits (DB) plans Process monthly contributions for multiemployer plans Approve benefit events in Workday HR software system Support census reports & government filings Address help cases submitted by employees Monitor address and death search vendor results and updating all systems accordingly The Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
