Position: Crew leader - 3 openings
Location: Orondo
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 8 to 12 hrs per day up 7 days a week during peak season
- Must be reliable and have good attendance and punctuality

``` - Supervise up to 15 people - Working knowledge of duties i.e. thinning, pruning, tree training, picking etc. (able to teach crew how to perform the job properly) - Able to read and write Spanish - Use of Pick Trace devices to report employees time and jobs (will train)

``` - Proper codes for each hour worked - Accuracy of daily hours reported to the office - Accuracy of tree and bin counts in the orchard - Drive 14-passanger shuttles to transport workers
