TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Ormond Beach, Florida

Customer Service Rep Job Description

Start Date: 5/15/2024

Location: Dayton Beach, FL 32114 (2 days a week in office, 3 days a week work from home)

Equipment Provided by company

Pay: $17 ($18.50 for bilingual in Spanish)

Shift:

  • 9:30am - 6pm shift, Monday through Friday (For training which will be 2-3 weeks long)

  • Training will be on site for 3 weeks.

  • 10:30am to 7pm shift after training (hybrid)

Details:

  • Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day.

  • This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
