Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking a Working Student - Administrative - 2 to join their team. As a Working Student, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist in routine buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials.
Expedite orders as needed and serve as a liaison between vendors and users, obtaining prior approval for purchases exceeding established limits.
Resolve routine delivery, quality, or other related problems with purchases and invoices.
Assist in updating project plans and purchasing systems; review and analyze requisitions and supply plans for domestic and international purchases.
Help prepare requests for quotes and assist in the development of new supply sources.
What's Needed?
Currently pursuing a degree in business or finance.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
