T&C Manager

Responsibilities:

· Support overall management of Testing and Commissioning Activities

· Support coordination/production of T & C plan

· Support coordination of works/ T & C activities and access

· Support coordination of maintenance during T & C

· Assist overseeing T & C site safety

· Support T & C activities by advising on adequate operations resources

· Support scheduling and planning of process for handover of assets from construction to T & C

· Assist developing technical performance measurement and improvement processes

· Support compliancy, approval and acceptance processes

· Support inspection and testing of the automation control equipment of the train and the interfaces with systems

· Assist inspecting and testing the performance of all operational facilities at each station and other facilities at the station

· Ensure that all tests, including performance testing are in compliance with procedures

· Review and analyze spare parts

· Be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

· Be the single point of contact for the customer at site and be directly responsible for all site operations on Projects including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes from the proposal phase through installation, commissioning until final acceptance, on assigned extended scope projects

· Responsible to develop field execution strategies, site staffing estimates, customer/ constructor meetings, and tender document.

· Record product issues and provide feedback to Engineering and Quality, identifying ongoing problems and common faults across similar products, analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigation action

· Oversees the subcontracting process, pre-qualifications, and commercial structure; bid packages, negotiation through final award.

· Expertise in overall field operations to ensure process discipline on site and assign site teams based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met

· During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality

· Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success

· Oversee that warranty and service obligations are met, including timely delivery, quality, compliance with contract scope, and expected profitability of the service order.

Qualifications:

· At least 10 years of related experience

· At least 10 years in Testing & Commissioning

· Aviation facilities experience preferred

· Strong work ethic

· Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
