ManpowerGroup System Engineer – Customer Order Control Systems in Orlando, Florida

Our leading energy company is seeking a System Engineer – Customer Order Control to join their growing team in Orlando, FL!

As a System Engineer, you'll play a key role in implementing control systems for Siemens turbines. You'll leverage your engineering expertise and strong communication skills to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: System Engineer

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Range: $ 50-55/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Implement customer order control systems for turbines based on reference designs and project needs.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and functional control system designs.

  • Document lessons learned and potential cost-saving ideas for continuous improvement.

  • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure alignment on control system design.

  • Provide training and support on advanced technical topics (depending on experience level).

  • Travel occasionally for site support and system testing.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).

  • Experience with specification development, bid reviews, control logic design, and documentation.

  • Proven ability to perform complex design, development, testing, and modification of solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively address potential project risks.
