The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a qualified SharePoint Administrator to support our DoD contract in Orlando, Florida.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend 3rd party products that provide extended or enhanced capabilities to the platform.

  • Ability to maintain multiple SharePoint Teams sites with their own taxonomy and libraries.

  • Strong understanding of DoD access security standards and implementation.

  • Assist with the preparation of user manuals and training materials for SharePoint solutions.

  • Assist with communication of major/minor enhancements, bug-fixes, and coordination with other support personnel to ensure seamless rollout of new functionality.

  • Manage SharePoint storage allocations, permissions groups for new and existing employees.

  • Creating SharePoint sites, lists, webparts

  • Use SharePoint Designer, InfoPath and other development tools as necessary

  • Work with Business Analysts in the design, develop, test, deploy, and support dashboards, KPIs, and other Business Intelligence solutions using Excel Services or other applications that pull data from SharePoint and external data sources.

  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field

  • In lieu of degree, 4 years’ of directly related experience may be acceptable

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in working with current platform SharePoint 2016 and knowledge of SharePoint Online with design, development, testing and deployment.

  • Experience with migration of SharePoint sites, taxonomy, and search features.

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

  • Must have experience with planning, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SharePoint Online solutions

  • Must have Diagnostic and analytical skills for software/application knowledge.

  • Ability to multitask - sense of urgency; maintain a positive attitude.

  • Strong customer service experience and a service-oriented attitude.

  • Previous experience with DoD and other Government Entities.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI)

  • Stong understanding of digital asset migration and management.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online solutions (i.e., SharePoint Framework (SPFx), etc.)

  • Data analytics (creating graphs, charts, and data tables)

  • Project Management

    REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • A Tier I background investigation will be required.
