Travel + Leisure Co. is currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst in Orlando, Florida. The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for handling critical day to day Corporate Treasury Operations for Travel + Leisure. This includes calculating and optimizing the daily cash position under tight deadlines, providing banking and Treasury Operations support to all corporate business lines of Travel + Leisure and supporting the Foreign Exchange hedge confirmations and settlements process. The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key contributor in this pivotal and high-profile role in a fast-paced environment which requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service and analytical skills. Among other functions, the Senior Treasury Analyst is also responsible for ensuring that the daily cash processing, reconciliation and reporting are completed in a timely manner. Finally, this position supports the Director, Treasury & Accounts Payable on both banking and Treasury improvement projects. The position follows a hybrid work model which requires working in the office Monday through Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.

How You'll Shine:

  • Execute daily cash position operations to determine company investment or borrowing needs utilizing Kyriba TMS. Ensure all debt and investment transactions are accurately coded and reflected in the cash position and TMS. Distribute the end of day Cash Position and Liquidity Worksheets and 7 day rolling forecast. Work with other business units to prepare the weekly cash forecast and coordinate to identify and mitigate forecasting variances.

  • Assist with the Company’s hedging program by supporting the FX front office trading for monthly and quarterly hedge foreign exchange settlements. Act as primary FX trade confirmer in FXAll, maintain FX bank counterparty SSIs, apply instructions to trades and provide instructions to Business Units for trade delivery.

  • Support Bank Account Administration and User entitlements for corporate entities in TMS and banking portals. This includes opening and closing bank accounts and processing bank account signatory additions, changes and deletions. Additionally, this position is responsible for setting up users in banking portals and TMS, as well as managing the static data, balance initialization in Kyriba when opening new accounts.

  • Provide reporting, research, SOX audit to business units and KYC support to banks in a timely and efficient manner. Work with Tax, Accounting and Legal to complete required documents as needed. Respond timely to all requests for ad hoc, monthly or quarterly reports from internal business units.

  • Manage Bank Fee Analytics Administration. Review, record and analyze monthly bank account analyses to ensure that bank fees are in alignment with historical and bank data. Identify bank fee pricing discrepancies with relationship banks and notify Director. Generate Bank Fee Analysis monthly reporting and metrics to identify savings. Review findings with the Director and Assistant Treasurer.

  • Support Director as a Corporate Treasury liaison to internal Corporate departments and business units for their banking and Treasury needs. Leverage Treasury best practice knowledge with Director to recommend and implement optimal banking solutions for Business Units and handle other related routine cash management requests. Ensure electronic payment requests are executed using the most efficient payment method (wire or ACH), in compliance with corporate treasury policy.

  • Manage the Corporate Treasury mailbox to ensure that business unit requests and banking correspondence are appropriately handled and assist with the Treasury Payment mailbox requests.

  • Lead and assist Director in Treasury Projects, proactively identifying process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Review and drive cash management enhancements to ensure that all unusual items are investigated and resolved, and operational procedures and controls are maximized.

  • Backup Treasury Analyst for wire transfer processing, processing ACH Debit Filter requests; depositing company checks received in Orlando via remote deposit software and processing bank supply requests and for processing bank supply requests: deposit slips, manual check stock and endorsement stamps.

  • Support Director, Treasury & Accounts Payable with FBAR compliance, Treasury Initiatives and other related Treasury duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field required. MBA preferred. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification strongly preferred

  • Excellent problem solving and data analytic skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex transactions

  • Flexible thought leader who can prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with precise attention to details completing tasks with commitment to exacting accuracy and completeness.

  • Some demonstrated history of project management or leadership and process improvement projects

  • Experience managing daily cash, wire processing, cash forecasting, funding, and familiarity with FX transactions and concepts

  • Understanding of bank account analysis statements and bank fees

  • Extensive experience with bank documentation, account opening, closing, services, signatory management

  • Significant experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management System

  • Extensive experience with banking platforms as processor and administrator

  • Experience with creating KPI performance metrics

  • 3-7 years Corporate Treasury Experience
