James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sr. Accountant. 

Location: This role has been approved for remote work or if local to South Bend opportunity to work hybrid schedule.

Overall Job Objective:

This position works in partnership with Finance, Operations, and Sales to manage and maintain the financial and accounting records for James Martin Vanities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the financial and accounting records

  • Lead month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, rebates calculations, and adjusting entries

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and variances to provide insight into the company's financial performance

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

  • Build financial reports to assist the business in key decision making

  • Drive compliance with the internal control framework

  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvement opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with the business to ensure accurate financial statement reporting

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years Finance/Accounting experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent work experience

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred, but not required

  • Organized and detail‐oriented with a strong ability to absorb and process information quickly

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrate the ability to foster strong relationships

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient financial analysis skills

Pay Range:

$5,000.00 - $7,667.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
