Jiracor LLC Proposal Manager in Orlando, Florida

Position Overview: The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the development and submission of winning proposals in response to Government solicitations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Government contracting, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Additionally, familiarity with Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) of Orlando, FL is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end proposal, sources sought notice, and request for information development processes, including kick-off meetings, content development, coordination with subject matter experts, and final proposal submission Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop compelling and compliant proposal responses Conduct thorough reviews of solicitations, ensuring full compliance with all requirements and adherence to established proposal development processes Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and communications with Government agencies, subcontractors, and teaming partners. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop proposal schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure timely submission of proposals. Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and past performance references for future use. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the proposal process, including writers, graphic designers, and technical experts. Stay informed about industry trends, Government procurement policies, and best practices in proposal development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management within the Government contracting industry In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Shipley proposal process experience is required Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) of Orlando, FL is preferred
