Project Coordinators – $24-26 per hour

What will you be doing?

• Your will be responsible for coordinating the order entry, purchasing scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation appointments of customer orders.

• Work closely with Customers (Contractors / Home Owners), Sales & Order Fulfillment Teams, and Installation Technicians.

• Coordinate and manage installation permits; approve and process payments for subcontracted installation companies.

• Provide bids, and quotes; purchase products from vendors and corporate manufacturing facilities.

• Utilize proprietary database (similar to SalesForce) to track activities.

What do you bring?

• Superb customer service!

• 4-6 years coordinating projects in any industry; ideally from construction, roofing or plumbing industries but not required.

• Enjoy collaborating with all internal business units; comfortable seeking out internal experts for knowledge.

• Sense of urgency with focus on details and follow-through.

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal software programs and applications.
