Job Description:
*Supports the Knowledge Management Specialist to implement policy and program guidance of Knowledge Management initiatives across the enterprise and within InSITE.
*Follows policies and processes for the capture, storing, reporting and dissemination of knowledge content across data sets.
*Assist with process improvement initiatives. Supports document management for the library, including configuration management of technical data packages and other device data and annual updates
Education/Experience:
(0+AA) or (1+No Degree).
Certification(s):
None
Required Experience:
*Experience supporting the Knowledge Management Specialist to implement policy and program guidance of Knowledge Management initiatives across the enterprise and within InSITE.
*Experience following policies and processes for the capture, storage, reporting, and dissemination of knowledge content across data sets.
*Experience assisting with process improvement initiatives.
*Experience supporting document management for the library, including configuration management of technical data packages and other device data and annual updates.
Clearance:
Secret.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
