NBC Universal Internship – Travel Industry Sales, Marketing & Sales (Academic Year, Fall 2025 & Spring 2026) in Orlando, Florida

JOB SUMMARY:
This intern role will learn about the business-to-business travel agency sales channel for the United States and Canada, operated by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations. This trade channel is now the largest trade channel for North America for the company and will require the intern to learn the complexities and nuances of developing and managing this type of trade business while supporting the development of a large-scale conference. Intern will also gain experience in event management through hosted client training events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the planning and logistics of the third agent conference for U-Preferred.
Assists client events, including organizing various supplies.
Supports account management, client communications via email, reporting, and merchandise inventory and fulfillment.
Develops presentation skills, both live and webinar presentations.
Reads and runs reports, prepares for training events and conducts competitive analyses of competitors.
Utilizes software such as SalesForce.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Senior or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Preferred majors include: Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or similar.

This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
