Position Description
As an HVAC Piping Foreman, you will be responsible for the following:
Daily leadership of the site operations
Identify potential change order opportunities
Manage workmanship quality and accuracy
Conduct weekly safety meetings
Attend project job cost review meetings as needed
Communicate site manpower needs to project managers
Manage subcontractors on site
Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions with project manager
Assist the project manager with material take-offs, ordering tools, materials, and equipment in a timely fashion to maximize field productivity
Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress
Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA & ECS safety standards
Assist the project manager with scheduling of subcontractors, material & equipment deliveries, inspections, etc.
Utilize tools of the trade and to teach subordinates in the proper and safe use of tools

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years verifiable experience as an HVAC and Piping Foreman
Solid knowledge of HW & CHW hydronic systems and how they operate is preferred.
DX / Refrigerant piping experience a plus
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office, iPad
