This Human Resources Business Partner position will partner directly with management teams for an assigned area of responsible at Siemens Energy!Delivering consultative HR services aligned to the business strategy for a population of approximately 550 employees. This position will have the ability to understand the business, the strategy and the mission to deliver integrated Human Resources management services and programs across the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

The position will provide a full range of Human Resources support and expertise. As a trusted partner to and a member of the local leadership team, you will bring an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues.

  • Proactively drive HR strategy within organization as aligned with business goals.

  • Providecoachingtomanagersandemployees to accelerate leadership development atalllevels in the organization.

  • Promote and champion diversity efforts in hiring, promotion, job rotations, etc.

  • Advise with partnered organization on strategies and communications crafted to create an environment that drives individual and team success and retention.

  • Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to enhance employee contributions and address performance gaps.

  • Identify needs for changemanagement and champion related activities

  • Provide counsel tomanagersandemployees consistent with Siemens Energy policies.

  • Partner with HR Performance Optimization team and Shared Service providers on escalated questions regarding payroll, leave of absences, investigations, policies, etc.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Organizational Development. Master’sdegreein Industrial / Organizational Behavior Studies or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of successful experience in a humanresourcesbusinesspartner capacity with successful demonstration of the keyresponsibilities as presented above. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.

  • Abilitytoworkina highly matrixed and sophisticated organization.

  • Provenabilitytoprioritize, analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions rapidly and with positive outcomes.

  • Provenabilitytocommunicate effectively, in both written and oral presentation skills.

  • Provenabilitytodevelop and leverage relationships with a remote employee population.

  • Abilitytodevelop strong positiverelationships to influence and achieve results.

  • Ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees atalllevels

  • Ability to support and advisemanagersandemployees in the administration, interpretation and application of policies and procedures.

  • Theprovenabilityto objectively coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters.

  • Theprovenabilityto demonstrate leadershipskills,integrity, and a positive team attitude.

  • Theabilitytoworkina changing environment and help lead others through the phases of change.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Master’sdegreeinHumanResourcesManagement, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration

  • SHRM or HRCI Certification
