Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Call CenterJob Description

This is a front-end Call-center Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include managing prescriptions from intake to fulfillment, resolving issues manually, clarifying prescriptions, and handling transfers from other retail stores. Expect to manage 50-100 calls per shift. You will work across three components/queues: Welcome Calls, Inbound phone calls, and Offline tasks (intake, data entry, insurance coverage). Initially, you will handle welcome calls and progress to inbound calls and offline work. Comfort with making calls is essential. Note that an escalation team handles escalation calls.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.

Work Environment

Professional quiet Call-Center environment with an open floor plan, small/shared cubicles, and a large lunchroom. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Training lasts 2-3 weeks, during which attendance is mandatory. One-hour lunch breaks are provided. No weekend shifts. Overtime is not expected.
