Help Desk Tool Administrator

Job Description:

*Monitors, administers and manages the help desk tool including user access issues, system outages and performance.

*Follows policies and standards fixing, configuration management and production releases of tool updates.

*Manages patches and security compliance for tool.

Education/Experience:

*(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree).

Certification(s):

None

Required Experience : *Experience monitoring, administering, and managing the help desk tool, including addressing user access issues, system outages, and performance. *Experience following policies and standards for fixing, configuration management, and production releases of tool updates.

*Experience managing patches and ensuring security compliance for the tool.
