Kforce Help Desk Support Technician in Orlando, Florida

Kforce has a client that is currently seeking a remote Help Desk Support Technician.Summary:The Help Desk Support Technician 2 provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. The Help Desk Support Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. This role typically works on semi-routine assignments.Job Description: * Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity * Responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support * Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools * Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments * Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction * Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion * 0-3 years of technical experience * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Effective problem-solving skills * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products * Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
