Responsibilities of a Cook (Dietary):

  • Be responsible for preparing palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced meals that meet daily nutritional and special dietary needs for patients and residents in a long-term care and short-term / skilled care nursing center.

Qualifications for a Cook (Dietary):

  • Experience cooking and preparing meals in a healthcare or institutional setting, or mass production, full-service restaurant setting, preferred.
