FDOT Pursuit Manager
KEITH is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking for a self-motivated and experienced FDOT Pursuit Manager to join the KEITH Team in our Orlando, FL office.
Position Overview: As the FDOT Pursuit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our efforts to secure contracts and projects with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, pursue, and win FDOT opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing pursuits within the transportation industry, specifically with FDOT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify upcoming FDOT projects and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within FDOT.
• Lead the pursuit process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies and proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FDOT requirements and regulations.
• Research related to competitive landscape on individual pursuits.
• Track and report on pursuit metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Experience in pursuit management within the transportation engineering industry.
• In-depth knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures, and procurement processes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful pursuit strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
