Job Title: Facilities Technician 2

Job Description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of assigned buildings. This role involves monitoring the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. The technician will troubleshoot and repair issues with power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems. Additionally, they will perform general and preventative maintenance on carpentry and plumbing systems, as well as manage vendor relationships. Responsibilities also include replacing lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed, and moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
