A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

Executive Assistance Support of Service Operations leadership team as we implement 300+ turnkey outages on annual basis in North America. Keep schedules and plans for a leadership team of 15. Work with the other Gas Service North America organizations to coordinate meetings, presentations and deliverables.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

• Support the Service Operations Leadership Team

• Perform advance planning and logistical support for meetings

• Short and long range project planning and implementation

• Prepare meeting materials for internal and external customer meetings

• Coordination of staff schedules and communications

What You Bring (requirements)

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ YEARS EXPERIENCE

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Flexible and adaptable work style

• Superior organization skills

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations

• Extensive knowledge of the or “Excellent knowledge in SAP (or other software/hardware).

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
