Job Description

The main objective of the position is to assist in the execution of brand campaigns and enhancements on our web & mobile apps to drive brand awareness and conversions for the account portfolio. He/she also interacts closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization across various functions to make this happen, including external vendor partners, to ensure accurate implementation of marketing initiatives across owned digital guest touch points.

Skills and Requirements

-Works with stakeholders to meet web and mobile app enhancement timelines and deliverables

-QA and validate web and mobile app enhancements to ensure quality guest experience is delivered

-Monitor pipeline of issues to ensure progress towards resolution with team members across the organization

-Monitor web and mobile app enhancement performance and share learnings

-Provide insights, recommendations and test & learn opportunities from website and mobile app analytics, partner feedback and brand fiscal year objectives null
