will be office centric workstyle following Truist guidance ONLY at posted location. Please note work schedule is Monday-Friday from 11 AM-8 PM

Strong preference for candidates with understanding of banking regulations, specifically Reg CC. Also desired preference for current or prior experience in Deposit or bank operations.

Perform management duties to maximize the efficiency of personnel and departmental resources. Partner with senior manager to plan, coordinate, and direct production activities in order to meet individual and team performance goals and established departmental objectives. Mitigate risk exposure and protect client confidentiality, ensuring teammate and departmental compliance with Truist Information Security standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist leadership in coordination, planning, scheduling and execution of all activities within assigned team. Lead and develop staff to ensure goals, deadlines, and objectives are met.

Make recommendations for assigned personnel regarding employment, career development, performance evaluations, salary changes, promotions, transfers and terminations within established policies and guidelines.

Work with leadership to establish key process indicators, deadlines, and other measurable goals that ensure team success.

Prepare and maintain departmental reports, logs and documents in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, in accordance with established retention schedules and corporate and departmental guidelines for client confidentiality and accuracy.

Monitor and enforce use of internal policies and procedures, report deviation or risks to leadership.

Assist in the monitoring of expenses to be in compliance with budget process.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience

Three years of proven leadership experience as Team Lead or similar role

Working knowledge of assigned area

Ability to work in an area governed by production standards and under pressure to meet critical deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage department’s ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business Management or related field
