How to contribute to our vision
Position Overview:
Position is accountable for Sales and operations planning for North America regions for services division.
Manage all forecast, Commissioning and Service Spares site control, and customer orders for SGRE and ensure their OTD to meet customer needs
Plans and controls quantities for assigned logistic processes, inventories and stocks, to ensure a 100% availability of all input factors and to contribute to superior logistic process quality.
Develop efficient reporting and tracking of incoming orders and consumptions to provide visibility to the organization
Report on deviances and provide root cause analysis and correction of forecast issues
High Cross functional communications
Develop annual inventory financial forecast
Develop and Maintain KPI metrics
Relocation will not be offered for this role.
What you need to make a difference
Responsibilities:
Development of Monthly financial forecast* Support reporting for Americas and global requirement and strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials
Contributes to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).
Generates, documents and implements savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.
Executes Sales and operations planning processes
Ensures a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.
Develop inventory order tracking, monitoring and closure to meet >95% OTD and 99% forecast accuracy,
Provides supplier information to the project and conducts project-specific supplier evaluations (project evaluations).
Provide analytics to all inventory impacts in a timely manner
Use tableau or Power Bi to direct and manage inventory status
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain, or forecasting and planning
Required knowledge in SAP, PLM. Windchill, RBP and GEP sap boxes
Required knowledge in Access, Excel, macros
10% Travel
English level C1
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Beneficial HTML, Java.
Fluent in Spanish
5 years experience in Planning and supply chain, Order management, Proficient in VBA
