Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic, results-drivenCo-ManagerwithMulti-Unit Managementexperience inQuick Service Restaurants (QSR). If you're a highly motivated leader with a passion for delivering top-tier service and driving operational excellence, we want you on our team! Experience withJersey Mike’sor similar QSR brands is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of multiple quick-service restaurant units at Orlando International Airport
Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and product quality across locations
Partner with senior leadership to execute company initiatives and drive revenue growth
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and standards
What You'll Need:
Proven experience inMulti-Unit Managementwithin theQuick Service Restaurantindustry
Previous experience withJersey Mike'sor similar fast-paced brands highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience managing a team in a high-traffic location is a plus
