Westminster Palms Billing Coordinator in Orlando, Florida
Description
The Billing Coordinator computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data used in maintaining proper accounting records at the communities. Medicare billing experience required. Seeking to fill a full-time, on site position.
Accounts Receivable:
Accepts payments, make daily deposits and enter deposit distribution in A/R system
Makes adjustments to resident billing and inputs all ancillary charges
Print residents billing and prepare for mailing and distribution
Answers A/R questions and follows up
Billing Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance for services rendered
Collections:
Contacts delinquent account customers by phone or mail
Keeps records and status of collection efforts
Other:
- May need to cover the Business Office Manager position in communities on interim basis
Pay range starts at $28.84/hr
