ProVal Technologies Account Executive (Managed IT Services) in Orlando, Florida

ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end customers. Our team assists MSPs in leveraging best practices and maximizing efficiencies across their tools and technologies, making MSPs more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational tasks, allowing MSPs to focus on strengthening customer relationships.

Role Overview:

As an Account Executive at ProVal Technologies, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving new business. Your primary focus will be to prospect and foster relationships with potential clients, as well as manage a roster of existing partners. This role emphasizes collaboration with prospects, focusing on building relationships and guiding them through the sales process.

Job Details:

  • Salary Range: $80,000-$130,000 (OTE)

  • Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid in Altamonte Springs, FL

Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold email and phone outreach, networking, and attending industry events.

  • Develop tailored pitches, presentations, and proposals to address prospects' unique challenges and goals.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.

  • Efficiently and accurately reflect activities within CRM tool.

Account Management:

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with current partners to uncover additional needs and opportunities for growth.

  • Proactively manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Ensure a high level of client engagement by providing ongoing support, education, and insights.

  • Build and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with current partners.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and consulting, to align solutions with client needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Provide feedback to the leadership team to improve offerings and processes.

Requirements

  • Past experience in sales and account management is a must.

  • Experience in consultative selling.

  • Willingness to learn about technology solutions and how they can help businesses.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (familiarity with HubSpot is a plus).

  • Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to the success of the team.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to occasionally travel for industry trade shows and meetings.
