Compensation: $14-$16/hour

Position Summary:

We are in search of an individual who has great communication skills to help our Sales Department find the best talent. You will be scheduling candidate interviews, conducting phone interviews, and answering candidate questions throughout the hiring process.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.

  • Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for current and future sales positions.

  • Navigate systems for scheduling across multiple calendars

  • Keep commitments to sales reps and coworkers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective and professional communication skills via phone, email, and text

  • Great attention to detail and ability to focus 

  • Basic customer service skills

  • Able to multitask in a high-volume work environment without sacrificing quality

  • Take initiative to meet goals and contribute to team performance

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
