    Colton RV  is seeking RV Sales Associates, in our Orchard Park, NY dealership, who are career oriented, a self-starter with high energy willing to work hard and have fun in our growing dynamic RV industry. 

    Our Sales Associates who have excelled in this position come from various backgrounds.  We are open to anyone with passion, drive, and potential. We will provide you with the tools to succeed.  Training is extensive and ongoing.  We pride ourselves on having a dynamic sales team and a great work environment!

    Your responsibilities include:

  • Create an excellent atmosphere and buying experience for our customers.

  • Create, meet, and exceed sales goals on a monthly basis.

  • Establish rapport and maintain open lines of communication throughout the sales process.

  • Be a liaison between the customer and all departments.

  • Conduct comprehensive walk-through presentations with customers.

  • Obtain contact information and maintain communication with potential buyers until their needs are met.

  • Take part in our continuing education and training cycle through morning meetings and scheduled vendor training.

  • Attend RV shows (2-3 times annually)

  • Most Important - Have fun while selling dreams!


    To be successful you will need:

  • High School Diploma, minimum; College Degree, a plus

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in a customer relations/sales related background, highly preferred

  • Previous sales experience is not required. We will consider any individual that possesses the innate skill set and drive to succeed

  • Valid NYS driver’s license, upon hire and throughout employment.

  • Ability to successful complete pre-employment background check and drug screening

  • Excellent communication ability

  • Proficient computer literacy

  • Professional appearance and attitude are a must

    About Colton RV

    In 1962 “Old-Boy” Bill Colton started an Auto Upholstery Business where he focused on the custom interiors of the most rad-ist vans of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.  A cultural shift in the early 90’s away from the rad interior custom van market led to a new opportunity for Old Boy's two sons, Chris and Jim. 

    The growing camping culture in the U.S. created a need for more RV dealerships and the Colton boys jumped in with both Feet.  Growth of what we know today as Colton RV came steady in the early years and exploded in the mid 2000’s.  Today, Colton RV is the Largest Family Run RV Dealer in New York State and has expanded its operations into Pennsylvania as part of our five-year vision of growth.
