Our partner specializes across a wide range of food products within retail, meal kits, and fast food, providing a variety of accessible products to the community. They are known for their unique flavors & formulations, and pride themselves in keeping a consistent track record of customers. Our partner is looking for a self-starter QA Technician to be a part of their continuous improvement processes in food quality!

Graveyard Shift

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of the plant's sanitation before operations begin and during ongoing operations.

• Carry out environmental monitoring and ATP swabbing.

• Perform basic laboratory tests when necessary, such as measuring pH, viscosity, and color.

• Ensure the facility adheres to compliance standards.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma.

• 3-5 years of working in food manufacturing setting

• Experience working with SQF regulations required.

• Experience with working with HACCP, SSOPs, and GMP.

• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
