Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Orange, California. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in managing customer interactions across various platforms, including calls and emails, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve data entry tasks and using Microsoft software to keep records updated.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively handle incoming calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service at all times

• Effectively manage in-person customer requests to ensure a positive customer experience

• Accurately estimate and prepare quotations for potential opportunities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain up-to-date records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Schedule appointments as necessary, maintaining a well-organized schedule

• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first approach

• Strong data entry abilities with high attention to detail

• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate schedules

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
