Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Corporate Accounting Manager for a well-established, growing mission-driven $1bb + healthcare organization in Orange County.

responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities in this role will include:

• Oversight of the Accounting team and general ledger function

• Management of Payroll staff and payroll management

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Year end close

• Working closely with Director, Accounting and Finance Team for Special projects

• Interfacing with key stakeholders for ad-hoc reporting

qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 8 + years of relative work experience, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, possess the ability to problem solve and work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment with key stakeholders.
