Job Description

Do you possess a strong analytical mindset with a knack for commercial strategies? Are you intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the execution of Danfoss Climate Solutions Sales strategies? If so, we are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team.

As a Sales Analyst, you will be a part of our Performance Management team, comprising of eight colleagues dedicated to driving sales improvements across the entirety of our business. Your role will be pivotal in supporting sales and business units in making informed sales decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Influence leaders to take decisions and actions from data

  • Develop sales reports and analytics with a no-touch mindset.

  • Establish standards for reporting and analytics to eliminate the need for local reporting.

  • Track sales performance with sales and business units, and facilitate continuous discussions on KPIs and their usage.

  • Assist local teams in effectively utilizing Global Sales Analytics.

  • Participate in and drive Sales Analytics projects.

  • Initiate activities that ensure management engagement and decision-making.

Background & Skills

  • Proven experience in analytics and reporting.

  • Proficiency in analytics software and handling large data sets (SAP analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Excel, or other relevant business intelligence solutions).

  • Sales-specific knowledge is advantageous but not compulsory.

  • Ability to work in an international organizational environment across multiple cultures and management layers.

  • Team player with an international and commercial mindset.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.

  • Open, outgoing style with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Previous experience with sales analytics and/or financial analysis.

  • Understanding of ML/AI approaches.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
